Chusovskoye lake

Russia, Perm Krai

Description:

In the vicinity of Yekaterinburg, very close to the city, there is a beautiful reservoir - Lake Chusovskoye (according to some sources: Chusovoe). Round shape, slightly elongated, its area covers almost 20 hectares.

Initially, the sandy bottom, now on the banks a lot of silt. Despite this, being a flowing lake, it remains the largest spawning ground. For fish such as bream, pike, perch, chabak, etc., in the summer there is an expanse. And in the winter most of the fish goes into the ducts: the rivers Kolva and Visherka. It is believed that because of this amateur fishing freezes in winter, but regulars claim that no fishing on Chusovsky does not end without fish. That is why, as well as the fact that the lake can be reached both by bus, which runs regularly, and by bicycle, fans of this lake will always be. After all, it is an excellent alternative to the same Upper Iset pond, which, although located within the city, is much dirtier, and can not boast of such a variety of fish.
