Diorama Museum in Motovilikha

Mount HSE is the highest point in Perm, offering a magnificent view of the city and Kama. Only three hundred steps and you are on top! It is here that the Museum-diorama and the memorial complex dedicated to the events of the first Russian revolution of 1905 in Motovilikha are located. The museum building, built in 1970 and reconstructed in 1987, is a vivid embodiment of the art of architecture of the era of socialist realism.

Here you can learn about the revolutionary past of Motovilikha and the daily life of this typical factory village of the Urals in the early twentieth century, about the history of the Perm cannon factories and how the Permians brought Victory closer in the Great Patriotic War.
