Museum of History of Perm District
Perm region, Perm district, D. Kondratovo, str. 5B Kamskaya
About the company:
The grand opening of the museum took place in 1989 in the village of Upper Mulli in the house of a former priest. It was possible to complete the museum funds thanks to the residents of the district, who brought household items and documents from personal archives as a gift to the museum.
With newly built expositions in the new building, the museum opened its doors to visitors on 1 December 2009. Today it has four spacious rooms in a two-storey building.
The thematic structure of the exposition of the first hall is devoted to the history of the Perm district until 1941. The expositions are dedicated to the wonderful people of the region: Ivan Ivanovich Sviyazev - a famous architect, a native of the village of Upper Mulli, Nikolai Nikolaevich Serebrennikov - the founder of the Perm State Art Gallery. A place is also given to archaeological monuments of the Perm region. A special emotional impact on visitors has the interior of the Russian-Tatar hut, where a large number of household items of Russians and Tatars are presented. It also tells about the development of agriculture in 1920-1930.
The exposition “We are faithful to this memory” is devoted to the theme of the Great Patriotic War, the life of the Perm district in difficult war years. The third hall “Perm district – pages of the past” tells about the history of the Perm district in 1970-1980.
The exhibition hall hosts exhibitions of various subjects: personal artists of the Perm region, decorative and applied art, exhibition projects of teachers and students of children's art schools of the Perm region.
