Belogorsk monastery
Description:
One of the most famous cultural and historical sights of the Perm Territory is the Belogorsk Monastery. It is often called the Ural Athos. This place will be interesting not only for Orthodox, but also for tourists.
The monastery received its name from the mountain on which it arose. It was nicknamed White because the snow did not melt here for a long time. And in winter, in the cold, it is white from the kitchen, which covers trees and buildings.
