If you want to know and see how the conquest of Siberia began, then this trip is for you! Our route will pass through the places where Ataman Yermak Timofeevich began his campaign.
The peculiarity of this excursion is that part of it passes through the West Ural Railway.
This road goes as if across all the main paths. The single-track branch from South to North on the western slope of the Ural Mountains crosses the three main branches of TRANSIBA (South (in Berdyaush), Middle (in Druzhinino) and Northern (in Cousin)). ZUZHD was built in the early twentieth century, and passes along the watershed of the Chusovaya and Sylva rivers, resulting in beautiful views, over a cup of hot tea, from the window of the railway car. The train itself is worth mentioning separately, it is a locomotive and two seated cars or one car with seated seats (on weekdays usually empty and it may turn out that we will be the only passengers in it). But not only the charming landscapes we will enjoy during this trip, I will tell you the story of iron caravans (iron alloys on barges) along the Chusovaya River. On st. Geun will tell you about the battles that took place in 1918-1919. Interesting fact: p. Geun went from Red to White and back 6 times!!! We'll also stop at S. Kyn-factory and visit the unique museum of local lore, which preserved the workshops of the Stroganov plant. Here you will learn the history of the creation of the mining civilization in the Urals, features of life and interesting facts.
6.30 - Departure by minibus from Perm
9.45 - Arrival on st. Bald ;
9.45 - boarding the train on the st. Bald.
11.57- Arrival at Kyn (Perm Territory);
12.00-12.45 - Excursion "St. Geun - Civil War: Interweaving Fate"; 12.45 - Transfer to the Microbus. Moving to the village of Geun-Plant (15 km.)
13:00 - 15:00 from Geun-Plant. Visit to the Local History Museum. sightseeing. Photo session.
15 00 Departure to Perm Lunch in the cafe of Lysva (approximately at 17 00)
