About me and my experience

Hello, dear travelers! My name is Anna. I will be glad to introduce you and your loved ones, friends to the ancient and beautiful town on the Volga: the wonderful Ples, famous Levitan. And also with interesting places of Kostroma and Ivanovo land: the city of Volga, the village of Mikhailovsky, the city of Volgorechensk, the beautiful Kostroma - the cradle of the Romanov family.
I conduct excursions for small groups: 1-4, 5-8 people in Ples, - I offer walks around this old cozy town, with a story about the history of the city, showing attractions. I show travelers both the main, most famous sights of Ples, and corners where tourists rarely go.
I love Ples since my youth, I have been conducting excursions for a long time. I will be glad to share with you my admiration for the old quiet city on the Volga.
I also have extensive experience in conducting excursions in the nearest interesting places to Ples, cities: Volgorechensk, Volga. I conduct individual and group excursions (for small groups), escort small groups with a guided tour.

I have been doing excursions for a very long time, I like to tell travelers about amazing corners of the Russian land. On this site from 2021.

I conduct excursions for tourist and Orthodox groups - with a visit to the shrines of Kostroma and Ivanovo region. Sometimes I conduct excursions at the bell tower of an Orthodox church with a story about the traditions of ringing, the execution of the bell.

I will gladly show you and your loved ones the main sights and landscapes of the ancient Ples, tell about the main milestones of its history, famous summer residents and residents, and also walk along the paths where tourists rarely walk.

During the tour of the historical Ples, we will visit the beautiful Cathedral Mountain, where the fortress stood in ancient times, on the ancient merchant embankment, in the cozy and bright center of the city, in the “patterned” Zarechny Sloboda, and if you have time and strength, we will climb the high and beautiful Mount Levitan, to the Church of the Resurrection. If you wish, we will visit the old Plesian temples.
During our walk you will learn how Ples is inscribed in the history and culture of Russia.

Mostly I conduct walking tours for small groups: 1-4, 5-8 people in Ples, but also offer excursions in cities close to Ples: Volga, Volgorechensk, pilgrimage trips to the village of Mikhailovsky, Ivanovo region. A story about the history of places, showing attractions.

Please note that during the tour of Ples are not expected to enter cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops, long photo shoots - all this you can do, dear travelers, after the tour, slowly, freely disposing of your time. But you will have time to take beautiful photos during the tour.

I mainly accompany groups in the morning and afternoon (up to 17 hours), in the evening I do not conduct excursions around Ples.

Большое спасибо Анне за замечательную экскурсию, проведённую по Плёсу. Мы с ней объехали весь город, посетили как знаковые места - смотровую площадку, гору Левитана и др., так и проехали по узеньким живописным улочкам на склонах гор. При этом узнали массу интересных подробностей о городе, его жителях, его истории. Анна - знающий, увлечённый, влюблённый в свой город экскурсовод. За непродолжительный душевный рассказ о Плёсе она подружила нас с этим маленьким городом, и мы ещё несколько дней ходили по его улочкам как по давно знакомым местам.

Очень понравилась экскурсия с Анной, неспешно прогулялись по прекрасному и старинному Плесу, окунулись в атмосферу первозданной красоты города, слушая интересные факты из истории становления и развития города, запечатлели свои воспоминания красивыми фотографиями.
