The hotel is located in an old house built at the end of the XVIII century. The peculiarity of the hotel is that its atmosphere, features of the placement of rooms are close to home conditions. This explains why we call hotel rooms rooms. When restoring the house, we tried to use as little artificial materials as possible so that guests could have a good rest in the house.
In the house itself there are four rooms with a height of 3.50 m, a kitchen-dining room, two toilets, a shower stall. In the mezzanine: three rooms. The windows of the rooms of the house and the mezzanine face Leninskaya Street and the garden.
In a cozy kitchen-dining room there is a stove, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator. Also for guests there is tea brewing, sugar, dishes.
