A little about me:
I was born and raised in Peterhof.
Under the guidance of my grandfather, Mikhail Petrov, who was the chief engineer of Peterhof, many fountains were recreated, so my childhood passed on the alleys of the Imperial residence.
It is logical that after graduating from the St. Petersburg State Institute of Culture, I got a job in the excursion department of the State Museum of Culture "Peterhof".
Among the official guests I showed Peterhof: Meryl Streep, Michael Kensky and others.
Recalling the catch phrase from the movie "Cinderella", filmed on the lenfilm in 1947: "The kingdom is not enough, there is nowhere to walk", I moved to one of the best travel companies in the city: "Eclectic Guide", in which for more than 10 years I conducted excursions around St. Petersburg and the suburbs.
Speaking of Cinderella, being a tour guide to Peterhof, I created excursions for children: "At the ball at Cinderella", "Princess on a pea" and others, since the atmosphere of the Grand Palace was conducive to writing fairy tales about palaces, balls, princes and princesses.
In the sea city of Great Peter, they say: “A great ship is sailing.” In 2022, having a huge experience and connections gained in tourism, I gathered up the courage and made a decisive step - left the travel agency for free swimming.
Over the years, I have collected a collection of interesting facts, atmospheric locations and places for the most beautiful photos.
I am happy to share with you my knowledge, good mood and love for St. Petersburg!
I prefer to work with experienced drivers and captains, as I focus on the story of St. Petersburg and tourists, rather than following the situation on the road.

Огромная благодарность прекрасному гиду Марине за пешеходную экскурсию по историческому центру Санкт-Петербурга. Мы погуляли по территории Петропавловской крепости, по улицам и набережным, заходили в уютные и необычные дворики, кафе,видели красивые питерские парадные, многое узнали и захотелось узнать еще больше!!! Интересно было и детям и взрослым!!! От души рекомендую Марину, не пожалеете!!!

Марина провела прекрасную экскурсию по парку в Петергофе, подробно рассказала об истории парка, фонтанах, элементах строительства начала 18-го века и много другого. Очень компетентный гид, по настоящему любящая свою работу.

С Мариной Петровой познакомились несколько лет назад, когда она работала в экскурсионном бюро. Обьездили несколько экскурсионных маршрутов: Ночной Петербург:, Разведение мостов с воды, потрясающий Петергоф, кстати Марина коренная Петергофская жительница. Очень много и интересно рассказывает на всех маршрутах, а о Петергофе может говорить невероятные, интересные факты из своих воспоминаний детства и юности. И уже по прошествии некоторого времени Марина проводила индивидуальные экскурсии по Петергофу, Ольгиному острову. Планируем ещё продолжать это приятное знакомство по новым маршрутам, разработанными увлеченным своим делом человеком. Марина составляет все новые, интересные маршруты. Хочу поблагодарить Марину за индивидуальную экскурсию по нижнему саду Петергофа. Программа составлено оптимально и профессионально! Умеет вовлечь детей в увлекательное путешествие в историю. С Мариной встретились первый раз, нашли через социальные сети. Уже на этапе обсуждения стало ясно, что общаемся с профессиональным гидом. Порекомендовала оптимальную программу. Хочу отметить четкость и пунктуальность. Отвечала на дополнительные вопросы и всегда возвращалась к структуре программы. Остались довольны. В следующий раз будем выбирать только Марину. А сравнить есть с кем. За наши путешествия встречали разных гидов. На конец-то нашли профессионала своего дела. Теперь все экскурсии только с ней. А экскурсионных программ у Марины не мало. С Мариной первый раз открыла для себя Петергоф, была потрясающе интересная экскурсия, Марина очень интересно все рассказала, самое главное не скучно и информативно. Со мной так же на экскурсии был сын 15 лет - очень все понравилось, наша компания в восторге от Марины, всем советую. Есть с кем сравнить :)
