St. Petersburg Bread Museum

The St. Petersburg Museum of Bread has a unique collection of more than 14,000 exhibits that allow you to show the life and life of our ancestors through the ingenious invention of man - bread. The exposition shows the history of the creation of bread, the development of bakery in St. Petersburg from the moment of its foundation to the present time. The museum presents various samples of baking from ancient times to the present day, tools, utensils, forms for baking, a collection of samovars, signs of trade institutions, painting, objects of applied art, documents and a collection of cookery books. The exposition recreates a small shop with a Russian oven and all the necessary equipment for baking and selling bread.
