A slow step on the Sergiev Posad

We will take a leisurely step along Posad and get acquainted with the history of the ancient road that led from Moscow past the Trinity Monastery to the rich Vladimir-Suzdal lands. We will get acquainted with the rich historical past of the settlement and learn how Posad formed from the villages and settlements surrounding the Trinity-Sergius Monastery and why it is called the “capital of Orthodoxy” and “toy kingdom”.
