Balaklava is located on the shore of Balaklava Bay - a narrow and deep bay, hidden by mountains and completely invisible from the sea. It is closed from waves and winds of all directions, there are never storms. Our ancestors saw this when they settled here 2,000 years ago. After the end of the Great Patriotic War, the leadership of the USSR conceived to bring the amazing creation of nature to complete perfection. In the bay, in the thickness of Mount Tavros, a secret underground submarine repair plant was built. Balaclava has been a closed, secret city for 30 years.

Today Balaklava is a beautiful, cozy resort town, along the coast of which there are numerous boats, boats and luxury yachts. Numerous cafes and restaurants work on the embankment, people slowly walk. And next to it is a thousand-year history, which you will get acquainted with.
