Where do we live?

Cozy apartments with everything you need in the Victory Park by the sea. Light walls, white furniture, flowers on the table, bottled water, coffee and sweets. The room and balcony are separated by panoramic windows. Behind the windows is a park and a sea. The house is pleasant - with a concierge, paintings and elevators. Suitable for a couple in love, good friends and connoisseurs of comfort on business trips.

What's inside?

Living room, bathroom and balcony. The first has a double bed, a work area and a morning coffee table. Bottled water for him cooked in a boiler, food warmed in the microwave. There is no complete kitchen, but rest is not the best time to weep over sliced onions.

The bathroom is bright and always with fresh air - this is the merit of the window. The towels are clean, the washing machine is not leaking, the hair dryer is serviceable. The boiler works, so you do not have to harden under cold water.

There is a wooden table and chairs on the balcony. It's a great combination to have a sea sunset. You can have a glass of red.

What facilities?

Air conditioning is responsible for the temperature inside, Wi-Fi will help to find out the degree outside. We put money and documents in a safe. In the bathroom a full set of hygienic details, hair dryer, washing machine and already purchased powder. There is still a TV, but it is better to look at the sea.

We welcome guests with tea, chocolates on the table and professional cleaning.

How far is it to the sea?

10 minutes walk through the park. You can sunbathe on pebble, rocky and sandy shores. A choice of equipped areas and wild beaches. The latter are especially recommended for guests who do not often visit the Crimea.

Is the water good?

Yeah, great. The coast of Victory Park is the open sea, not the bay. Therefore, the water here does not stagnate and is always clean.

What's next?

There's a parking lot. On the way, we greet the concierge and use the elevator. On the first floor of the residential complex there is a supermarket, restaurants, pizzeria, pastry and billiard club. The list also included bakeries, a cinema and a water park.

Nice surprise?

We have agreed with the owners of establishments and shops about a discount for our guests. We save 10 percent on a coffee shop account. If we get to lunch from 12 to 15 on weekdays, we subtract 25 percent from the total amount. The menu is already waiting in the apartment, so you can choose dishes at least two hours before meals.
