Crimean circumnavigation

In the excursion tour "Crimean Circle of the World" you will see the most beautiful landscapes of Eastern Crimea: Voloshinsky Koktebel, Genoese Sudak, Prince Golitsyn's New World... The southern coast of Crimea will introduce exotic corners of the peninsula, former noble estates, royal palaces and fabulous parks. You will also meet with the hero city of Sevastopol.

Tour programme

Day 1 (Monday)

• Meeting at the railway station of Simferopol from 10:00 to 10:30 (preliminary meeting place - the fountain "Dove" in the courtyard of the railway station) and at the airport "Simferopol" (new terminal No. 1, serving all flights from 16.04.18) from 11:30 to 12:00 - outside the terminal, immediately at the last exit No. 1 from the terminal (under the large external inscription "Simferopol"), directly opposite the exit from the arrival zone of domestic flights. The head of the group meets with a sign "Crimean circumnavigation".
• Transfer to Feodosia via Belogorsk.
  It is possible to join the group in Belogorsk at 13:00 in the cafe "Ak-Kaya" or at the bus station Feodosia at 14:00 (preliminary inform the manager).
• Lunch at 13:00 (with elements of Crimean Tatar cuisine).
• Sightseeing tour of Feodosia with a view of the tomb of I.K. Aivazovsky, the Armenian church of St. Sarkis, the Mufti-Jami mosque, the fortress complex of the Genoese fortress and churches on the Quarantine, the monument to Athanasius Nikitin, the fountain of I.K. Aivazovsky.
• Optional excursion to the art gallery of I.K. Aivazovsky (adults - 350 rubles, children - 175 rubles) or the house-museum of A. Green (adults - 150 rubles, children - 60 rubles)
• Accommodation in one of the hotels of Eastern Crimea.
• Dinner.

Day 2 (Tuesday)

• Breakfast.
• Moving to Sudak.
• A tour of the Genoese fortress in Sudak - one of the best preserved medieval buildings of the Crimea.
• Moving to the village of New World.
• Excursion to the New World Reserve: Relic Juniper Grove, Golitsyn Trail, Cape Kapchik, through grotto, Koba-Kaya Mountain, Chaliapin Grotto, Blue (Robber) Bay, Blue (Robber) Bay and Green Bay.
• If desired, visit the company store at the factory of champagne wines "New World".
• Transfer to Koktebel, acquaintance with a popular resort.
• Free time.
• If desired, we offer an excursion to the house-museum of M. Voloshin (200 rubles) or a sea walk along the Karadag Mountain to the Golden Gate (from 700 rubles) or a visit to the Koktebel wine factory (excursion - 350 rubles, tasting 350 rubles).
• Back to the hotel.

Day 3 (Wednesday)

• Breakfast.
• Moving to the southern coast of Crimea.
• Excursion on the southern coast of Crimea. Stop at the lighthouse temple of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in Malorechensky.
• Transfer to Gurzuf.
• Free time.
• We invite everyone to visit the dacha-museum of A.P. Chekhov in Gurzuf (adults - 100 rubles, children - 50 rubles) or the museum of A.S. Pushkin (adults - 100 rubles, children - 60 rubles).
• Transfer to Nikita.
• Excursion to one of the oldest research centers Nikitsky Botanical Garden, inspection of the unique collection of southern cultures, cypress and palm alley, bamboo grove.
• If desired, we offer an excursion to the palace of Alexander III in Massandra (adults - 350 rubles, children up to - 150 rubles).
• Accommodation in one of the hotels of the southern coast of Crimea.
• Dinner.

Day 4 (Thursday)

• Breakfast.
• Transfer to Alupka.
• Inspection of the castle "Swallow's Nest" (from the observation deck).
• Excursion to the Vorontsov Palace Museum in Alupka is the most romantic architectural monument of the Crimea (with a walk in the park).
• Tasting of Massandra wines (optional, for an additional fee - from 350 rubles)
• Acquaintance with the former estate of Grand Duke G.M. Romanov in Harax.
• Rest on the beach (in the summer).
• Moving to Livadia.
• If desired, we offer an excursion to the Livadia Palace - the summer residence of the Russian Emperor Nicholas II (adults - 400 rubles, children - 100 rubles).
• Back to the hotel.
• Dinner.

Day 5 (Friday)

• Breakfast.
• Transfer Yalta - Sevastopol, on the way to inspect the Foros Church (from the observation deck).
• Excursion to the Malakhov mound: the defensive tower of the Kornilov bastion, the command post, a monument to the pilots of the 8th Air Army, who took part in the liberation of Sevastopol. In 2018, a large-scale restoration was carried out on the Malakhov Kurgan, during which many monuments of the complex were updated (without visiting the defensive tower).
• Sightseeing tour of Sevastopol with a visit to the Count's Wharf, Nakhimov Square, the memorial to the Heroic Defense of Sevastopol 1941-1942, the monument to A.I. Kazarsky - the very first monument in the city, Primorsky Boulevard, the monument to the sunken ships.
• Free time.
• Sea trip along the bays of Sevastopol (optional, for an additional fee - from 400 rubles)
• Lunch (with elements of Black Sea cuisine)
• Transfer to Simferopol via Inkerman, travel information about the Holy Clement Cave Monastery and a review of the medieval fortress of Kalamita.
• Arrival at Simferopol airport by 15:30-16:00, at Simferopol railway station at 16:30-17:00
• Departure.
