Museum of Olympic champion R.P. Smetanina

In Syktyvkar there is a museum of Olympic champion Raisa Petrovna Smetanina, located in the cottage where the famous skier lives. She is a 4-time Olympic and 7-time world champion. Raisa Smetanina is recognized as an outstanding skier of the twentieth century, whose achievements and records are included in the Guinness Book of Records. The house-museum contains unique materials on the development of ski racing - photographs, films, documentaries of athletes and a collection of awards for the athlete.
