We will go on a tour of ancient Tambov. Tambov is an old merchant city, interesting and attracting with its mysteries and history, with unique sights. City of music and waltz, the city of Treasuries and Rachmaninoff. You will admire the luxurious estates of Russian Art Nouveau, architectural monuments that store the history of not only the Tambov Treasurer, but also a merchant, a nobleman, and a simple layman: streets - Gymnasical, Vicar, Big Astrakhan Road. What are they called now? We'll find out on the tour. And then we will go along Naberezhnaya Street, which has recently become pedestrian and stretches along the Tsna Canal for almost 5 km. Here is a monument to the Tambov peasant known throughout Russia: a three-meter sculpture of a tiller. Urban and church architecture, the most famous Spaso-Transfiguration Cathedral with a majestic multi-tiered bell tower, the Polish Roman Catholic Church - the only one in the Black Earth, the Kazan Cathedral, the walls of which are painted in the technique of "grisaille" - all this in our excursion.
