This place, in the language of filmmakers (who here, by the way, are frequent guests) is a departing nature, so we will hurry to get acquainted with what has come down to our days. And it didn't come that far.

For 60 years, the famous manufacturers Morozov built here a whole working neighborhood - a city in the city - the inhabitants were almost autonomous from the big Tver. There was everything for a comfortable life of workers. On the territory of the Morozov town, in addition to factory buildings and hostels, there were built: special housing for family, shops, baths, a pharmacy, a hospital with a maternity ward, a school, a nursing home, a kindergarten, a library, a people's theater, a fire depot and a bakery. In total, more than 50 buildings were built.

But the town is striking not only by its size and scale. This is without exaggeration an architectural reserve of the “brick style” of the mid-19th – early 20th centuries, an open-air museum. But you'll see for yourself.
