Uglich is located on two banks of the Volga. Most often, during excursions, attention is paid to its right side, since it was on the right bank of the Volga that the history of the city began, there is the Uglich Kremlin. And often overlook the Left Bank, and in vain. The small side, which is how this part of the city was called in the old days, harbors a lot of interesting things. Yes, there are no preserved architectural monuments, but nevertheless the history of this region is quite rich.
