Cherry Mountain

The ski complex "Mount Cherry" is located on the eastern slope of the Ural Range near the city of Vishnevogorsk. From the top of Cherry Mountain offers a magnificent view of the Kaslin lakes.

Tracks:
Mount Vyshnevaya has five different tracks: 2 main tracks with a width of about 30 meters and a length of 1100-1200 meters have a difference of about 200 meters.
In addition to them, on the left and right, there are two narrower tracks that merge at the end with the main ones. From the top of the mountain, the tracks begin with steep declines up to 30 (in places - 35) degrees, where you can reach speeds up to 70-80 km / h.

And from the upper station of the lift, fans of skiing off the track and snowboarders can ski, going to the right and left, get to the beginning of delightful descents along lawns and glades, ending on the main tracks.
A long traverse to the right from the upper station of the lift (about 1500 m) along a narrow light track with a slight slope leads to a luxurious treeless slope of Kobylikh, a steepness of about 20-25 degrees and a length of about 500 meters. If you are lucky with fresh snow, then this descent is comparable to the legendary slopes of Gran Monte - in Chamonix. But with a long delay of snowfall here can form a dangerous wind infusion.
The tracks are regularly processed by ratrak. The slope is served by two T-shaped lifts.

How to get there
By car: from Yekaterinburg along the Chelyabinsk highway, after a 100 km turn to Kasli. Without turning to Kasli, go by bypass and after the gas station turn to the right on the sign to V. Ufaley, Vishnevogorsk. Then after 10 km - to the right on the sign to Vishnevogorsk. Another eight kilometers and you in front of the sign "Vishnevogorsk" from here will already be visible Cherry mountains. There's 200m left up to the parking lot.
