The lands of Mishor were mainly used by their owners for the construction of luxurious palaces and summer houses for recreation. The summer residence of the Yusupov family was located here, the last Romanovs were in the Dulber Palace before leaving Russia forever, and the Kharaks Palace is a sophisticated villa located in a beautiful park near Swallow’s Nest.

The Yusupov Palace intertwined the history of the Yusupov family, their relaxed rest before the Revolution, the troubled years before leaving abroad, as well as the history of the informal part of the Yalta Conference, because it was here that the Soviet delegation was located.

The royal estate Dulbert was built according to the project of the Yalta architect N. P. Krasnov, and its name “Dulber” is translated as “Beautiful”. The owner of this estate is Grand Duke Peter Nikolaevich Romanov. It is a snow-white palace in oriental style with silvery domes, impregnable walls. After all, it was here, during the 1917 revolution, that there was a reliable shelter for close relatives of the Romanov family: mother, brothers, niece of Nicholas II and their families. For several years these people were under strict supervision in Dulbert, awaiting their further fate.

Going further, to the park of the estate of Harax, we will see the palace, made in the style of a Swiss chalet, with a tiled roof, owned by Georgy Mikhailovich Romanov. Nowadays, Kharaksa Park is considered one of the best in the Crimea.
