Church of the Resurrection of Christ

The Church of the Resurrection of Christ from the moment of its construction was called the pearl of Yalta. The church was built at the end of the nineteenth century by the charity Catherine Plescheeva.

The building is made in the Greek style, the walls are lined with hard gray limestone and lined with mosaic masonry. In the postwar period, the church was used as a warehouse, which caused it to decline. But twenty years ago restoration work was started and four years later the Church was already lit up and received the first parishioners.
