The place for the construction of the palace and the creation of the park was chosen extremely successfully - as a result of the talent of architects, builders and gardeners, the Vorontsov Palace and Vorontsov Park are surprisingly harmoniously inscribed in the area, but they are located at the foot of one of the main attractions of the Crimea - Mount Ai-Petri. Vorontsov Palace is beautiful in itself largely because it was created in a very original architectural style. The spirit of English architecture, hovering in these walls, organically added elements of architecture from different eras, and all this is successfully crowned with Moorish motifs, which creates an amazing mixture of majesty and harmony.
However, the real treasure of this place is the Vorontsov Park. This park was created for almost thirty years, and its father was Karl Antonovich Kebach, a talented German botanist-gardener and chief gardener of the southern coast of Crimea. And to this day, the incredibly picturesque and very appropriate selection of plants amazes, and the layout of the park itself delights with its thoughtfulness and reasonableness.
We can say without exaggeration that the views of the Vorontsov Park are one of the best views of the Crimea. Moreover, the park is a monument of landscape art. The park majestically rustles with its greenery both in winter and summer, and the murmur of mountain streams brought to the Vorontsov Park according to the creators’ plan does not stop for a second. It is also worth mentioning the amazingly beautiful flowing lake in the park, which is home to royal white swans.
The best place for those who want to admire the calm and majestic park nature is difficult to come up with, and the Vorontsov Park itself, thanks to its ingenious layout, is full of landscapes hidden from the surface, and therefore it can and should be visited repeatedly.
