Brasov - "Romanian Salzburg"

Located in the heart of Romania, Brasov is sometimes called the Romanian Salzburg. The Gothic neighborhoods of the old town make a strong impression. A special place among cultural monuments is occupied by the famous Black Church, the largest temple in the space between Vienna and Istanbul. Organ concerts are held here. At the entrance is a statue of Johannes Honterus, reformer, educator, follower of Martin Luther.
