Menai Bay Reserve in Zanzibar
Description:
Conservation zone of Menai Bay is located in the south of the island of Zanzibar, on the shore of the eponymous bay of bizarre shape.
In Menai Bay, sea turtles are carefully guarded by the state, which swim to these shores to lay eggs. Tourists who are allowed to visit the reserve can see these mysterious reptiles up close.
Another attraction of Menai Bay is the magnificent nature. Tourists can enjoy the luxurious scenery of Menai Bay, the richness of the local jungle and the transparency of the warm water. Swimming, however, will not work - in the territory of the conservation zone it is prohibited.
