Elephant Reserve

The Elephant Reserve is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting Asian elephants in Thailand.

The purpose of the reserve is to raise awareness of the plight of endangered Asian elephants, to educate local residents about the humane treatment of elephants, and to provide shelter for elephants.

Elephants from the reserve also participate in special performances, entertaining and cheering the public. Tourists can feed these huge animals out of hand with pieces of fruit, as well as watch the process of bathing elephants in the river.

This place is ideal for overnight trips.
