The Siam Insect Museum Zoo is a unique institution in Chiang Mai where you can learn about the evolution of insects and see the rich diversity of living individuals.
The Zoo Museum was opened in 2006. In the exhibition hall, an exposition of ancient representatives of insects is made, photographs of rare species are placed, thematic exhibitions are organized.
Gardens where insects live occupy large areas. Especially interesting is the butterfly garden with an area of 500 square meters. It is best to visit this garden between April and October. In addition to butterflies in the garden there are many beetles, moths, crickets, hornets and other insects.
