So, if you are planning a trip for autumn (October, November): know that prices from hotels will change. In October, the price of a hotel room will be several times lower than in November. On November 1, the high season officially begins, and if you live during the change of seasons, you will receive different prices per night. At this time, you can easily find accommodation and book a week or two before the trip.

If your holiday falls during the New Year holidays - then you need to book hotel rooms or rent a villa / house now.

By the way, with the villas, we noticed an interesting fact: guests who have already lived in the villa, certainly want to return to it! And so your favorite houses are booked back in March / April for the New Year weekend.

Hotel rooms are no easier: package groups buy half the room stock in a month, or even two before arrival. Individual travelers have to choose from what is left.

Many hotels offer their guests an "Early booking" rate at which the price of accommodation, on average, is 15-20% cheaper. Such offers can be found on the official websites of hotels or from intermediaries (booking, agoda...). And it is profitable and chose a room in the best hotel!

New Year holidays last until the end of January, but the situation with the load in February does not change. It's Chinese New Year! Residents of the Middle Kingdom are trying to leave their country for a long weekend and crowd hotels throughout Thailand.

The decline in tourist flow begins in March: more and more vacant rooms in hotels and vacant villas. And prices don't change. They will be reduced only from April 16, this price policy. For this period, housing can be found 2-3 weeks before the start of the holiday.
