The beaches of Krabi province
Description:
The main wealth of Krabi is the best beaches in Thailand.
Deciding which beach to choose, first of all, it is worth considering factors such as the availability of transport, the place of rental housing and your sports hobbies.
Let’s take a look at the pros and cons of each:
The most popular beach in Krabi is Ao Nang. It is here that the party life of the resort boils: it is replete with many hotels, restaurants, shops, massage salons and bars. Ao Nang is about one and a half kilometers long, on one side in the south ends with picturesque steep cliffs, and in the north - a stone promontory, behind which the other beach begins. ¶ ¶ ¶
Along the central part of the beach stretches a walking path along the sea and a concrete parapet, sitting on which tourists admire stunning sunsets. With Ao Nang, you can easily reach any other beach or island of Krabi.
And as a tip: do not forget to look at the tide map / ebb

Nopparat Thara Beach is located northwest of Ao Nang.
In this part of Krabi is crowded, the coastline is more than two kilometers and is part of the national park. On the one hand - many hotels, cafes and shops, and on the other - the coast, separated by a small grove. The beach is very shallow, so the tides are pronounced (sometimes it is impossible to swim). This beach is not chosen for swimming, but for rest and walks. The coast is not equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, toilets and showers are also not.
The locals love to come here for a picnic. Most of the day the beach is in the shade.

A relatively new beach is gaining popularity in Krabi. Klong Muang (Klong Muang) It is one of the longest beaches of Krabi province. Its coastline is about 4 kilometers long, and the nearest town of Ao Nang is 11 km to the east. The sea here is clean, turquoise color, white sand with small shells. The entrance to the water is gentle, but at low tide the water goes quite far and swimming is impossible. Here are five-star hotels of famous hotel chains, as well as boutique hotels. This beach is a godsend for lovers of quiet privacy and magnificent sea sunsets.

Tub Kaek Beach. This is the farthest beach to which tourists come who want to relax in privacy. There are always places where you will not meet a single person throughout the day. Is this not a paradise for lovers of silence?
The entire coast is occupied by quite expensive hotels and massage parlors.
There is no budget food and makashnitsa nearby, you can eat in the restaurant at the hotel - the price for a dish of 400-500 baht
After sunset, there is no nightlife, music, etc., but you can always take a taxi and rush to Ao Nang, where life boils until midnight. ►
Just behind the beach Tub Kaek paved road breaks off at the National Park and begins a 4-kilometer trail for independent trekking through the jungle.

The beach of Hotel Centara is owned by the Centara Grand Beach Resort Krabi beach on the mainland of Krabi province, located near Ao Nang and completely free for all tourists who vacation in Krabi.
You can find it east of Ao Nang Beach (the “monkey” trail) and west of Reilly.
In fact, this beach, lurking in a beautiful bay of the Andaman Sea, is called Pai Plong. But most of the tourists it is known as the beach of the hotel Centara. This is the only hotel on this beautiful beach.
The beach of Centara Beach is not very large, its width at high tide is only about 10 meters, and the length is slightly more than 200 meters. Its main advantages are the amazing panoramic view that opens from the beach to the sea, as well as very clean sand, quite large, but pleasant to the touch.

Long Beach. A hidden “pearl” in Krabi province. This beach is almost uninhabited. There is one hotel with 10 bungalows and a restaurant. You can find this beach on Google Maps: it is located between the beach of Klong Muang and Nopparattara. If you rent a bike or a car, do not be lazy, visit this beach. You won't regret it!

Railay: Four beaches are located here - East Reilly, West Reilly, Pranang and Tonsai. Two-hundred-meter cliffs separate the peninsula from the mainland, so you can get to the beaches only by water transport (consider this if you plan to visit mainland excursions).
Magnificent virgin nature, unique purity of water and chic landscapes attract not only beach lovers, but also fans of snorkeling, diving and climbing. In addition to all the famous long-tailed macaques, which are found in Thailand everywhere, more exotic creatures live on Railly. We're talking about langurs, cute little monkeys. They, unlike omnivorous macaques, eat exclusively plant foods, so they are safe for guests of the island.

Ton Sai Beach is sparsely populated, has only 4 hotels. A stunning option for climbing enthusiasts - here is the Climbing School with experienced instructors and rental equipment. Compared to the beaches of Railay West and Phra Nang, Ton Sai is not as beautiful, but it is not as crowded. Or rather, guests here can be counted on the fingers. ← ← → → → → → → → → → → →
The boundary of the beach from the north is impassable cliffs; there is a path on the border between Ton Sai and Railay West beaches, but nevertheless, guests living on Railay prefer to swim on their beach or go to Phranang beach, which is closer.

Reilly East Beach has a sufficient number of restaurants; bars and hotels. But it is completely unsuitable for swimming because it is very shallow and has a muddy bottom.

Reilly West Beach is notable for its stunning beach with crystal clear water and fine sand, and also has hotels with access to the beach.
The peninsula can only be reached by water from Ao Nang Beach or from Ao Nam Mao Pier.

According to TripAdviser, Pranang Beach is considered the most beautiful beach in Thailand! It also has a fertility cave and a princess lagoon.
