Chedi Sao Temple

Around the chedi you can see statues of various mythical creatures, as well as gods, including animals from Chinese and Hindu popular legends. Behind the chedi, on the very grounds of the temple complex, is a small two-story museum, on the upper floor of which are restored artifacts found in and around the temple, and on the lower floor are items donated to the temple. Behind the main hall of the temple is a smaller, decorated wiharn, which contains many beautiful Buddha statues.

The fastest way to get from Thailand is in eight hours by bus.
