Ao Tanot Beach

Ao Tanot Bay is a beach in one of the most remote bays of the island, which is easiest to reach by boat from the sea or by taxi or motorcycle over land.

There are only a few resort hotels near the beach, so the place is quite crowded. It is very suitable for scuba diving. Here are the German school of water diving and the center of sports on kayaks.

Above the beach rises a rather high rock, which offers unusually beautiful views. Some extremals even jump from it into the water or climb. In coastal waters there are many species of fish, in particular black reef sharks.

Near the beach area there are several bars and restaurants offering to taste dishes from seafood and fish, some types of exotic fruits and soft drinks.
