Adnan Menderes International Airport
Description:
Adnan Menderes International Airport is named after the former Prime Minister of Turkey. Located 18 km southwest of Izmir, it is one of the busiest airports in Turkey.
The airport complex is divided into terminals for domestic and international flights, divided in turn into arrival and departure zones. The new international terminal opened in September 2006. By 2014, a new terminal for domestic flights was launched.
The following services are available for guests of the airport: storage rooms located in the international departure hall, car rental, parking, ATMs, hairdresser, grocery store and duty-free shops. There are Wi-Fi access points throughout the airport. If necessary, guests can use first aid and prayer rooms.
You can get to the airport by taxi, subway, train or bus.
