Excursion to the Tashkent Museum of Railway Technology

Tashkent Museum of Railway Technology presents more than 50 exhibits, including 13 steam locomotives of historical series, diesel locomotives, electric locomotives, semaphores, special equipment. We will meet with you at the main entrance to the museum, I will tell the history of the museum itself and we will begin to approach the exhibits, some you can climb, see how and what is arranged inside the cabin for example, a steam locomotive. We will talk to you about the fact that the width in different countries varies and measure yourself with the help of roulette. Among the "iron comrades" are the production of Tsarist Russia, the Soviet Union, the United States, Germany, Poland and Czechoslovakia. The fate of many giants is interesting, here and the locomotive - starred in the film The Elusive Avengers and the first locomotive that delivered the first virgins to the empty steppes of Kazakhstan, a captured German steam locomotive, various specialized railway equipment. At the end of the tour, the driver will take us along the narrow-gauge railway in summer wagons right throughout the museum! Bring water with you, drink and headgear.
