Nature + Scientific Breakthroughs: Sukok and the Sun Institute
Description:
As part of this unusual adventure, the pristine landscapes of the reserve and the unique achievements of science of recent decades are harmoniously combined.
Let’s start with a visit to the Sukok Reserve. These beautiful places of Uzbekistan are often compared with the expanses of Russian forests. Very unusual, isn’t it: enjoy the charm of nature in the Uzbek mountains! You will see a rich Russian forest: centuries-old pine trees to the sky, space and fabulous landscapes under the melodic trills of birds. It is possible that on a walk through the protected area you will meet local inhabitants: badgers, hares and deer.
Then we go to the Institute of the Sun, located 45 km from the capital Tashkent. Being in this futuristic complex, you will get acquainted with the scientific achievements of local scientists. Solar oven invariably impresses tourists, because this unique structure is able to transform the energy of the star into heat. How does that happen? How exactly does a solar oven work? You will know and see with your own eyes on the tour!
After visiting the Sun Institute, we will relax in the forest, enjoying peace and quiet, crystal air and charming views. Under the curtain of the excursion program, an ascent to the top of the observation deck is provided, from where an ideal view of the surrounding mountains and the Parkent valley unfolds.
