Amir Timur Museum
Tashkent, Yunus-Abad district, Amir Timur street, 1
About the company:
The Amir Timur Museum, also known as the Timurid History Museum, was opened in 2006 and is one of the main architectural sights of Tashkent.
It is a sample of beautiful architecture, made in the style of oriental architecture: the round facade, decorated around the perimeter with elegant columns, is crowned with a huge blue dome, and the museum windows are made in the form of arched niches. This crown of creation, surrounded by fountains, attracts the attention of all guests of the city.
It presents a collection of more than three thousand exhibits telling about the centuries-old history of the region, including paintings, unique manuscripts and historical documents relating to the life and activities of Sahibkiran, weapons and various coins, ancient clothes and household utensils. Each of the exhibits of the museum carries a piece of history.
