Budapest

Walk through Budapest and take the subway.

Description:

What is the fastest way to travel in a big city these days?

It has long been clear to me - on foot. The center of Budapest is not quite a compact space, but the metro will help us. You will know the city best on foot.

After all, you will discover not only avenues, but also streets and streets, hidden alleys, parks, gardens behind forged iron fences, an interesting sculpture, a detail of the house carved in stone and much more that you would not notice flying past by car or bus.

We will see Budapest from the inside of historical places and events. We will start our tour from the heart of Budapest, the main square of the country Heroes Square, from there we will walk to the Vajdahunyad castle and admire the Szecheny bath. By metro (the oldest metro on the continent, a European landmark) we will reach the Basilica of St. Stephen, look into it and go further to the pilgrimage. Freedoms, to Parliament.

On the chain bridge we will go from Pest to Buda, climb the funicular to the fortress town, and there the Royal Palace, the Fisherman's Bastion, the Matyash Temple and the narrow streets of old Buda.

Cheap and angry and even more! Let's take a walk!
