Vaci Street

Vá ci utca 62-64, 1056 Budapest, Hungary

Description:

Vazi is Budapest’s most famous pedestrian street, revered by tourists and locals. The street stretches for more than 1 km. In the northern part there is a large number of shops of clothes, watches, jewelry, and the southern part is more relaxed and suitable for spending cute evenings with friends in one of the many cafes. Prices for souvenirs are usually slightly higher than in other parts of the city, but if you walk around the street, you can find bargains.

Since Vaci is located in the heart of the Hungarian capital, it is quite easy to get to it from the outskirts - near the Ferenciek tere metro station.
