Description:
Han Sung Sot, or Cave of Surprises, is a beautiful cave located in Halong Bay, in northern Vietnam. It began to form about 500 million years ago due to geological faults and a dramatically changing climate. The Cave of Surprises was discovered in 1901 by French colonizers. It is located at an altitude of 25 meters above sea level, the length of the cave is about 500 meters.
The entrance to Han Sung Sot is located high above the bay on the island of Hong Bo, striking with its picturesque tropical vegetation. Inside the cave there are several shallow water pools. Its unusualness is that there are stalactites and stalagmites of various bizarre forms. When light is reflected in the water, it seems that they come to life and shimmer in all sorts of shades.
Modern lighting system and elegant style give the cave more charm and beauty. Han Sung Sot is a stunning set for photography.
