Nyafu Bay
ả o Khỉ, Nha Trang, Khá nh Hò a, Vietnam
Description:
Nyafu Bay is located 15 km north of the resort town of Nha Trang. There are scattered islands along the bay, two of which are very attractive for tourists: Monkey Island (Hon Lao) and Ostriches Island (Hon Thi).
Hong Lao Island is a wonderful place where you can observe the life of monkeys not in the zoo, but in the wild. Today, more than 1,200 macaques live on the island, which form three flocks. Monkeys living on the island are good-natured, have long been accustomed to people, easily come into contact. They will never give up food and will delight you with their cheerful clamps. On the island there is a monkey circus, where especially talented locals demonstrate the ability to perform complex circus performances.
On the island of Hon Thi in natural conditions live spotted deer and ostriches. You can feed animals and play with them (if you want to). On the island, fruit trees grow in large numbers, but there are many unusual tropical plants. The island is often used by fishermen as a reserve harbor to wait out the storm. In 1998, a small temple was built here to worship the god of the sea.
Peninsula Hong Heo will please tourists with a holiday for every taste. Here are amazing uncrowded beaches, beautiful parks where peacocks and deer walk, unnaturally bright parrots fly, where you can calmly pet an elephant. If you are set for active entertainment - horse racing on ostriches will appeal to you. And, of course, for lovers of refined beauty - a walk to the orchid stream, where these exquisite flowers grow.
