Devna - ancient Marcianopolis
Description:
The small industrial city of Devnia stands on the site of a large ancient Roman center of Marzianopol. During the tour, we will touch the antiquity, visiting the Mosaic Museum, as well as looking at the ruins of the Martian amphitheater. Lunch in the restaurant "Vlsheben Izvor", built on one of the few remaining karst springs of Marzianopol. At the end, we will visit a small chapel with an unusual view.
