Karlovy Vary + Kinshperk Brewery. Or "hare, beer, mineral."
Description:
The Hare Song
In the Karlovy Vary region, where barley prickles
The reaping hops rise and the water flow,
For many years, many winters, hares brewed beer
And good things were done for Czechs.
A long time ago, in the town of Karlovy Vary lived Hares who brewed beer. But these Hares were not simple, but the best brewers in the area (the Germans with such an interesting name)). More than one generation of Czechs were fed this beer, so intoxicated and delicious. For the time being, life was running its course, beer was drunk and brewed. But something went wrong. The rabbits ran away. The brewery was abandoned, as a result of which it collapsed. The place is noisy, full of life. Silence reigned in the shops, where beer was poured into barrels and loaded on carts.
And here came to the local land "Nashen" guy with a fantastic idea to return from oblivion this brewery, restore the recipe for beer and drink them to the Czechs. With genuine bewilderment, the Czechs looked at him with the question: “Is the Russian guy going to brew beer for the Czechs?” and sarcastically grinned. But our guy replied with the words from the song: "...we don't care." You can't lie. And got to work! The first step was to restore the facility. But most importantly, I studied the process of making good beer. How many nights were sat over books, how many breweries were examined, how many secrets were eavesdropped - and not count. Sergey Chernichkin realized that a good beer should ferment for 10 days and a month to ripen in the basement in wooden barrels, that malt should be crushed directly before making beer, then the beer will be aromatic and tasty. And let it not lie in bottles for several years, but if you put a coin on a beer foam in a glass, it will remain on the surface!
To introduce his beer to the masses, Sergey decided to use word of mouth. And to do this, “took out of the sleeve trump ace” – called the whole city for a free beer tasting. It was a big move! The city has certainly come to tasting. Turnout was 100 percent. And then it happened, the obvious, the incredible: the Czechs very positively appreciated the merits of beer brewed by a Russian guy. Oh, that's good! Well, that's good! the conservative Czechs praised Sergei from all the tables. And the case was disputed: beer "Hare" began to be brewed with hectoliters, drunk with cisterns; branded "Hare" restaurants opened throughout the country; beer "Hare" spa; hotels at the brewery and excursions for tourists in it. Wide leaps "Hare" caught up and overtaken the leading breweries of our country. Beer "Zayac" was presented to the Czech president, and it is now drunk by Czech politicians in meetings with voters.
From the peeked entries in Sergei’s diary, his plans for the future are already known:
1) cover the market near and even far abroad.
2) provide supplies to hard-to-reach areas of the world, such as the Arctic Ocean, the Amazon jungle and Everest.
3) to put an edge on the question in NASA about the introduction of the "Hare" in airless space, in particular, to make the Kinshperk beer an integral part of the menu of astronauts on spacecraft. To make the expanses of our universe more interesting and fun.
I suggest visiting this wonderful place - Kinshperk Brewery - "a monument of Russian purposefulness", where they brew a truly unique beer, the Director himself conducts excursions (a very intelligent and pleasant person), and the restaurant is fed in such deliciously huge portions that life begins to seem like a solid holiday!
It's worth it, isn't it?
And before the “Hare” we will stop at Karlovy Vary (they are just on our way). And taste useful mineral water from hot springs.
