MARSA ALAM - MARITIME EXCURSION OF HAMAT ISLAND (HAMATA)

Hamata or Love Island is a flat, incredibly elongated island with snow-white sand and vegetation, where unique birds nest. And next to it is a beautiful coral reef of many kilometers.

Days of the excursion: Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday

A child under 5 years is free, 5-11 years old $ 44.

Landing on the visited islands of Hamata and Om El Sheikh is prohibited!

Departure from hotels starting from 04:45 (Al Qusayr district), depending on the location of the hotel.

The excursion program includes:

• transfer to Hamata Port (about 140 km from Mars Alam Airport);
• departure from the pier at 09:00;
• Travel time to Syal Island (about 40 minutes by yacht);
• stop for snorkeling on the high seas for about an hour;
• Guests can swim to Syal Island on their own or by motorboat (free of charge);
• stay on Syal Island for about 30 minutes (beach rest, swimming from the shore, walking along the unique coast with mangroves, watching the birds and inhabitants of the island);
• Return to the yacht (independently or on a motor boat);
• Travel time to Hamata Island (about 30 minutes by yacht);
• Snorkeling near the island for about an hour;
• Lunch and soft drinks on board;
• Travel time to the small island of Om El Sheikh (Um El Sheikh Island) about 20 minutes by yacht;
• Snorkeling near the island for about an hour;
• arrival at the port of Hamat by 15:00;
• transfer to the hotel.

The cost of the excursion includes:

• transport services;
• Lunch, soft drinks and water throughout the day;
• escort by an instructor;
• life jacket;
• masks, tubes, flippers.

The cost of the tour is not included (paid at the request of the guest):

• Photo and video materials taken by the photographer on board;
• personal expenses.

It is necessary to bring with you:

• copies of the passport (passed to the yacht employees upon boarding);
• bathing accessories;
• headdress;
• sunglasses;
• sunscreen;
• beach towel;
• telephone or camera;
• Personal expenses.

Please note:

• It is recommended to use a life jacket during snorkeling.
• Please note that the fee for being in the protected area is included in the cost of the tour.
