Sharm El Sheikh

Singing fountains in Soho

Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt

Description:

For many, Egypt is a desert, the pyramids are the Sphinx. However, Egypt can delight tourists a lot more.

In the new district of Sharm el-Sheikh - Soho, near the Savoy Sharm el-Sheikh hotel there are so-called "singing fountains". It's a huge light and music fountain. During the day it is turned off, and in the evening it turns on every 15 minutes, delighting tourists with oriental music - each time new.

However, the fountain can be called not only "singing", but also "dancing" - each composition is selected by its own set of movements of water jets. Many tourists have a desire to join the fountain and dance to oriental music with varying degrees of grace.
