The observation deck, located at an altitude of 170 meters, appeared in a new light. The surrounding area was ennobled, turned into a park, in which a pavilion was built with a souvenir shop, a cinema hall for 100 people, and a specially equipped television studio where tourists can record a video and send it to friends by mail or publish it on social networks. In the evening, when it is dark and the viewing of the TV tower is closed, the cafe located on the 22nd floor turns into a restaurant with live music.

Opening hours: Entrance is open daily except Tuesday. From May to September - from 10:00 to 19:00, from October to April from 11:00 to 18:00. The opening time of the restaurant, located on the 22nd floor - from 10:00 to 23:00 from May to September, in the period from October to April - from 11:00 to 23:00. In the warm season, an outdoor observation deck will also be available.
