Turku, the oldest city in Finland
Description:
During the tour we will visit the medieval castle of Turku. Behind its high walls is a miniature medieval city. The castle is followed by the Marine Centre Forum Marinum. Here you can see real ships and learn the history of navigation and the navy of Finland. Of course, we will visit the main Cathedral of Turku.
The cathedral is the main Lutheran church in Finland and the oldest architectural monument. Its history begins in the 13th century.
