Plaza Tunjungan Shopping Centre

The upscale Plaza Tunjungan shopping center was opened in 1986 in the heart of Surabaya. On an area of about 112 thousand square meters there are more than 500 outlets, including boutiques, supermarkets, bookstores, a children's center, cafes and restaurants. Plaza Tunjungan is a commercial city with a developed infrastructure. It consists of four sections.

The oldest part, Plaza Tunjungan 1, has undergone a complete overhaul, and now there is an emphasis on a huge bookstore and a variety of cafes and restaurants featuring both eastern and western cuisine. Tunjungan Plaza IV was opened in 2001 and is the newest part of the mall. In this modern six-story building there are numerous boutiques and a cinema, consisting of four cinemas and equipped with the most modern technologies.

On the territory of the shopping center there is a garage with five levels of parking, which is the largest in the city. Tunjungan Plaza is a favorite destination for locals and tourists, with around 20 million visitors throughout the year.
