Description:
Ipoh is the capital of the state of Perak in Malaysia and a fairly large city with a population of more than 700 thousand people.
The Kinta River divides the historic center of Ipoch into two parts: Old Town and New Town. The history of Ipoh begins with the Old Town during the tin peak.
Gua Tempurung Cave
Then we go 24 km to Gua Tempurung Cave. This cave is one of the largest natural limestone caves on the Malacca Peninsula.
Located near the town of Gopeng, it is about 3 km long.
Five huge vaults of the cave have different formations of stalactites and stalagmites, and their ceilings resemble coconut shells.
In addition, each vault differs from the other in temperature, water level, limestone and marble content.
