The Cathedral of Notre Dame de Lourdes (Our Lady of Lourdes) is located in the center of Casablanca. This is a modern (1956) monolithic structure of concrete, decorated with colored stained glass windows of impressive dimensions.
The Church is one of the most important centers of Christianity in the Muslim world. Even here, at the very edge of Islam, there are not too many European religious buildings.
