Bright walk through southern Mexico City
Description:
Some areas of the Mexican capital can be much more interesting if you visit on the right day. For example, such as San Angel and Coyoacán, which used to be separate cities, and now are part of the giant agglomeration of Mexico City. But on Saturday it is almost imperceptible - in both there is an atmosphere of peace and prosperity, which will envy some cities of the Old World.
We will start with a visit to the famous art market in San Angela, which attracts dozens of artists and masters from all over Mexico. As an architectural dominant will be the house-studio of one of the world's main artists of the first half of the twentieth century, Diego Rivera. And in the area of Coyoacan we will witness the vibrant street life at the Coyote Fountain, visit the souvenir market and try local coffee in one of the best coffee shops in the capital. The tour ends near the Frida Kahlo Museum, where you can stop at will. You can walk around San Angel and Coyoacán on any other day of the week. Instead of the art market, we will visit several galleries, and in Coyoacán I suggest you go to the house where the Mexican artist Frida Kahlo lived.
