What is the all-inclusive system in Turkish hotels?

Due to the coronavirus infection, the Ministry of Tourism of Turkey has developed a list of requirements for hotels with more than 50 rooms, without which they cannot open in the summer season of 2020.
Hotels that meet these conditions are certified as Safe Tourism Certificates. Businesses that received such a document can be seen on the website tga.gov.tr. The requirements of the Ministry relate to the organization of work of all departments of hotels.
Limited loading
The main change concerns loading restrictions. Previously, the hotel could be 100% full, now - a maximum of 60-65%. For hoteliers, this requirement is unprofitable, but for tourists – the opposite. There are fewer people in the hotel than in August. In restaurants, you do not need to wait for tables, bars are free, sunbeds on the beach do not need to be occupied in the morning.
Premises
In the lobby and all enclosed rooms there are sanitizers, markings are applied, reminding of social distance.
In the lobby there is a temperature camera for everyone entering, the same camera is at the entrance to the building where the staff lives.
At the reception there is a glass that separates employees from guests.
Hotel staff wear masks. Tourists are not asked to wear masks at the hotel, but you need to wear them on the way from the airport. If the bus is canceled by the police, the organizers of the transfer can be fined for the lack of masks on passengers.

Everything in the rooms is still the same.
Restaurants and bars
The range and quality of dishes on the buffet remained the same. Tourists have a choice of vegetables, fruits, meat and fish, desserts and alcoholic beverages of Turkish and foreign production. The difference is that in front of the buffet with cold snacks there is a fence, and guests can not freely put their food – you need to hand out plates to the chefs, show or name the dish, and it will be put on plates.
For hot dishes, nothing has changed - they were already imposed by the cooks behind the racks.
Devices are sterilized and laid out on tables in disposable paper bags, on the tables there are containers with disinfectant. The tables are placed at a great distance from each other.
Beach and pool
On the beach and in the pool, the distance between the sunbeds has changed – they stand further apart. Guests are given beach towels (if there is a service in the hotel), they are rented in the evening and in the morning they take new ones.
Water slides work as usual, spa centers and hammams are open.
Isolation unit
Those who test positive for coronavirus, but do not need hospital treatment, will be provided with accommodation and meals in these rooms. For tourists it is free, the costs are paid by the hotel.
