What amenities do Russians need in the hotel? Results of the survey
The Federal Service for Accreditation conducted a survey of consumers of hotel services to find out the main amenities that Russians require.
The survey participants were 300 people, it was held in social networks of Rosaccreditation, the Ministry of Economic Development and Roskachestvo.
The most popular convenience in the room was Internet access, 93% of respondents mentioned it. More than 90% of the votes were received by quality furniture, air conditioning and natural bedding. 71% of respondents voted for a TV in the room, 59% for a safe, only 35% for a phone.
For Russians, it is important to have tea / coffee and water (92%), as well as a refrigerator (88%) in the room.
The Russians named their wishes for the hotel itself: 95% noted the well-groomed adjacent territory, 70% - the decoration of the halls. For half of the respondents, a large number area is important.
64% voted for parking, 50% - for the pool and children's area, ironing and washing services, rental of inventory and a luggage tray. Less than a third of the respondents noted the importance of having a sauna and business space.
