When will flights to Georgia be launched?
The first flights from Russia to Georgia can be launched before the end of May.
Artur Muradyan, Vice President of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia, said: We will learn in the coming days how quickly and, most importantly, under what conditions Georgian and Russian carriers will be able to resume flights. And most importantly, will there be questions about dual-registration aircraft? But if there are no difficult conditions on the part of Georgia, then it is quite realistic to see direct flights within a month.”
Georgia is of interest to the Russian tourism industry, tours to this country were previously sold - with land transportation or with a transfer in third countries.
